Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges & Returns

    We want you to feel confident and free in every piece you wear.

    • You may try your items at the time of delivery.
    • If the item doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet expectations, you may request:
      Exchange on the spot with the courier
      Return on the spot with the courier
    • Once the courier leaves, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

    To be eligible for exchange/return at delivery:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed and in original condition

    Tags and packaging must be intact

    Exchange After Delivery

    If size or color needs to be changed after receiving:

    • Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours
    • Courier fees for exchange apply
    • The item must be in perfect, unused condition

    Note: Items purchased during final clearance may not be eligible for exchange unless the product is defective.

    Defective or Wrong Item

    If you receive an item that is:

    • defective,
    • damaged,
    • or different from what you ordered,

    We will take full responsibility and exchange it at no extra charge.

    Please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and send:

    • Order number
    • Photo / video of the issue
